Novatech Dallas

Located with a half hour from downtown Dallas and sitting adjacent to DFW airport, this 43,648 square foot building sits on almost 2 acres of land and is currently home to Novatech’s Texas facility. Before it’s rehabilitation, this building was home to the marketing department of America’s Football Team, the Dallas Cowboys. Like most of the Novatech facilities, this building also sits adjacent to John Carpenter Freeway, allowing for maximum visibility to motorists traveling to and from the Dallas area. Recently updated to meet ADA requirements, this building is separated into office space, showroom, service area, and warehouse.

Novatech Memphis

Built in 2015, this 27,000 square foot building is located adjacent to Interstate 40, the primary east/west transit corridor throughout the United States. The location allows high visibility from over 121,000 motorists per day. The building has earned Gold LEED certification for using an internationally recognized green building certification system aimed at improving performance in energy savings and sustainability. Built on an almost 3 acre lot, this building is divided into office space, service area, warehousing, and a showroom. Currently, Novatech Incorporated is leasing the property.

As part of an economic development program, this 2.9 acre piece of land was given to Luxeterra for development purposes. Originally, the land was home to a training facility for the Air Force during World War II. Now developing into the business district for Malden, this particular parcel is to be the entrance of the business park. Luxeterra built an 8,000 square foot building designed for administration and manufacturing with possible plans of expanding. Currently, Novatech is leasing the building to increase it’s document management footprint in Missouri and the Midwest.

Luxeterra purchased this investment property in the beginning of 2017. The building was built in 1940 and was fully renovated in 1993. Luxeterra continued this line of progress by updating many portions of the structure. Meridian was the largest city in Mississippi during the early 20th century due to it being a central hub of the railroad industry and became a leading center for manufacturing in the Southern United States. The city is currently involved in attracting newer industries and creating a new, more modern based society. The progress is noticeable with the purchase of it’s most historic building by Marriott and the newly finished construction of the Mississippi Arts and Entertainment Experience facility located within walking distance.
